Living Our Values

Every Peridot Management teammate is briefed on our Code of Ethics. We strive to build a team that resonates with that code so it isn’t an imposition, but rather a validation of ethical principles we already hold in common.

We also strive to only form relationships with third-party supply partners who share our values. Every vendor must adhere to the Peridot Vendor Code of Conduct as part of our partnership agreement.

Community Involvement

We don’t just live our values behind our own doors — we live them out in the real world. Peridot Management participates in charity, community service, and outreach initiatives throughout the communities we serve. This isn’t just a calling for us — it’s also good business. Real estate is all about community. The better the community, the more valuable the property. It’s not why we do it … but it doesn’t hurt!

Our Safe-Speak Commitment

Codes of conduct start at the top. We can’t deliver on our pledges if upper managers don’t hold themselves to the same code of conduct as subordinate team members. That’s why we maintain our Safe-Speak Commitment, so employees and partners can share concerns without fear of reprisal.
